HAVE something DONE



Use: to talk about arranging things to be done by other people
( not by the subject of the sentence)

1.    Present Simple -        I have                my hair cut every month.
2.    Past Simple -            I had                  my hair cut yesterday.
3.    Pres.Continuous -     I am having       my hair cut.
4.    Past Continuous -     I was having      my hair cut when she came.
5.    Present Perfect -      I have just had   my hair cut.
6.    Modals -                 I must have        my hair cut.
7.    Future -                   I will have          my hair cut.
·      I won’t have = I won’t allow
I won’t have my house turned into a hotel!

TRANSFORMATIONS
Someone might repaint the house for us next year.
