LET'S START WITH THE IRREGULAR VERBS because you will need to learn the 3rd form /past participle/ of irregular verbs.
To form the Present Perfect Tense we use:
HAVE/HAS + the 3rd form of the IRREGULAR VERBS/REGULAR VERBS
Regular verbs also have 3 forms but the 2nd form = 3rd form
VISIT - VISITED - VISITED
I have been to Turkey and I have visited the Blue Mosque.
